Bitxen is experimental open-source software. You are responsible for your own keys and data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bitxen protocol interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

2. Open Source License

Bitxen is open-source software. Unless otherwise noted, the code is available under standard open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). You are free to audit, fork, and deploy the code subject to those license terms.

3. No Warranty ("AS IS")

You are solely responsible for the safe management of your private keys and seed phrases.
Bitxen cannot recover lost keys or deleted vaults.
Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
You should verify the code and security assumptions before storing significant value.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bitxen project contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the protocol.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the interface after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
